www.ergosaver.com is an ergonomics website that allows you to use and download Ergosaver training content. Ergosaver is licensed for your use for a limited period and as long as the license fee is paid. The license fee may be waived by IMS LEarning A/S or paid for by a third party (for example, your employer). The use of Ergosaver is permitted only if you agree to the following agreements and conditions, to which you agree by using the program.

Use of Dialogue:
Dialogue is a forum maintained on www.ergosaver.com for licensed users and Ergosaver, Inc. to exchange information. Neither Ergosaver nor IMS Learning A/S will be responsible for the contents of contributions and postings to Dialogue. The purpose of Dialogue is solely for users and the company to share information. Nor can users of Dialogue make claims against other contributors.
Contributors to Dialogue must be licensed users, stipulate their full name and not grant any third party the right to post materials on www.ergosaver.com.
Privacy Policy and Personal Data
The data that you enter during registration and use of the training program are used to personalize the training and advice. Use of www.ergosaver.com is therefore dependent on your acceptance of this data gathering for such use.
If you install and activate the optional program, Ergosensor, which you download so it resides on your PC and communicates with www.ergosaver.com, you also accept that data about how you use your computer is also collected. This data is related to the physical use of your machine (e.g. mouse clicks) and does not record which programs you use nor what data you view. If you wish, you can disable the program and prevent its data communication.
Your data received by www.ergosaver.com are stored securely and treated confidentially. You, via your user-id and password, have access to the data gathered by www.ergosaver.com. You have full responsibility to keep your password secret and private. You can always find out exactly what data has been registered to your user-id, by contacting Customer Service.
Unless your My Settings page shows "My data are visible to company-authorized administrators", none of your personal data is released outside of Ergosaver or IMS Learning A/S without your express approval. You accept, though, that data, including yours, is accumulated in anonymous form that can be used for research purposes and in statistical reports to companies, including your employer, without any personal attribution.
If your My Settings page shows "My data are visible to company-authorized administrators," this means that your employer may monitor your personal data to assess your use of Ergosaver and your potential for receiving a computer-related injury.
If you no longer wish to use www.ergosaver.com, notify Customer Service. Your account will be disabled, and your personal data will be destroyed. However, aggregate data collected, which may include some of your data, is saved in an anonymous form for the purpose of ergonomics research and further development of the program.
Contributions of data to Dialogue will not be considered confidential, and Ergosaver and/or IMS Learning A/S reserve the right to use such data in connection with, for example, consulting, research, development, marketing and sales.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
All programs, content, training and exercises are copyrighted by Ergosaver and IMS Learning A/S. All contributions to Dialogue, as well as anonymous collected data, belong to Ergosaver and IMS Learning A/S. No such material may be copied, reproduced, sold or distributed without the express, written consent of Ergosaver and IMS Learning A/S.
The user may print materials from www.ergosaver.com for personal, non-commercial use on the following conditions:
- that the documents are unchanged,
- that no fee is collected for private use of the material,
- that the copyright owner (Ergosaver and IMS Learning A/S) are cited as owner,
- that these Terms of Use are appended.
